Avon Place is looking for a warm and friendly receptionists to add to the team. We have a full-time opening available.

We want the new addition to be welcoming, warm, and friendly. You will be the first face anyone sees when they walk into our home-like facility. The environment we have created here at Avon Place is that when you come into our facility, you are at home. The residents here are our family and they entrust us with their care. As the receptionist, your duties will be to answer the phones, facilitate questions, and demonstrate exceptional organizational skills when performing typical clerical tasks such as answering phones, scheduling, and dealing with our patient records.

The right candidate must be dependable and skilled in quality control when handling financial information, performing insurance verification, always keeping our patients worry-free, and an STNA. Exhibit strong interpersonal communication skills to connect with our team and the best residents around in a friendly and adaptable manner.
